Privacy at The Timesheet Calculator
This page describes the behavior visible in the current site code. The calculators are intended for checking work records without creating an account. Please avoid entering names or other identifying details into free-text category fields, and do not send sensitive timecards or payroll records by email.
Calculator entries
Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser for interactive use. The current calculator code does not send form values to an application endpoint, set a saved-history cookie or write them to browser local storage. The site does not provide an account or a saved calculation history. Reloading a page normally restores its example values.
Requests needed to load the site
When your browser requests a page, the server that delivers it necessarily receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested path and browser headers. Hosting and network providers may keep operational logs under their own settings. The repository does not specify the production host's log retention or any infrastructure-level processing, so this code-level description should be read alongside the actual hosting configuration.
Third-party services and links
The current site layout and Nuxt configuration do not include Google AdSense or other advertising scripts. This replaces an older policy statement that described DoubleClick ad cookies even though the ad integration was removed. Links to outside sources and social sites take you to their own services when you choose to follow them; their privacy practices are outside this site's control. A calculator page may link to official guidance to explain a rule, but those links are not embedded advertising code.
Questions and data requests
For a privacy question or a request about information you believe the site operator holds, email thetimesheetcalculator@gmail.com. If data-protection law applies to your situation, rights may include access, correction or deletion under the conditions of that law. The European Commission's guide to individual data rights explains the EU framework. The site operator can review a request against the actual systems and applicable law.
This page should be revisited if hosting, analytics, advertising, storage or contact practices change. It describes the repository reviewed on 18 October 2026; the production deployment and hosting settings require a separate verification before publication.
